Virtual Admin Services is based in the North West of England and is owned by Lisa O'Hara.
Lisa has over 17 years experience in a wide range of administration and secretarial service qualified to NVQ Level 4 in Business and Finance, Lisa also has excellent interpersonal and organisation skills, including event management, and project admin support.
Lisa is educated to degree level and has 13 years experience working in the further education sector, providing project management services, events organisation, servicing National Committees and high level meetings, as well as web based database management.
Lisa also has 3 years experience working within Human resources; this includes briefing staff on HR issues. Briefed all staff on the Job Evaluation system via presentations, training sessions and undertook interviews with job holders, managers and trade union representatives. Produced Staff handbooks on new legislation, issued contracts of employment, monitored holidays and sickness, amended policies and procedures such as statutory sick pay, maternity and grievance and disciplinary.
Lisa has also been involved in administering the HR recruitment and selection process.

Lisa has worked as a Audio Typist and has an Audio Typing Diploma and Shorthand (Teeline). Lisa has excellent I.T. skills in Microsoft office - word, excel, and power point and is experienced in document production and managing databases.
Lisa has a wide range of experience in Event management and has organised national and regional events, meetings and conferences
Lisa is experienced in editing and producing newsletters, liaising with wide range of people for submission of articles. Lisa has excellent Project Management skills and has conducted presentations, exhibitions, conferences, briefing and events
